It's not literal it's a figure of speech. No one's ears bleed unless it's like a sonic boom underwater or smth idk I don't know how sound or sound powers work.

In fairness, some of these worlds have magic that could likely do this.

People in my world can do it but it's not magic. It's wind powers, blast powers, or body mod powers that can do that, I think. I haven't seen it done personally.

An Etherealki is a summoner. A Squaller is an Etherealki that can manipulate wind. Inferni = fire, Tidemakers = water. All Etherealki.

OH. Um, pretty boy what's his name... Sturmhond, he called me an Inferni. They're called pyros in my world. Hydros for water, cryos for ice, terras for earth, aeros for wind, etc. We're into Latin and that kind of shit.

Once or twice, a long time ago. Yeah, something like it. We're called superhumans or powered humans, for the politically correct. Superhuman implies we're better, somehow.

Yeah. Sort of. My parents almost sold me out. My kind, they're... pretty much entertainment. They would've gotten paid a lot had I not ran away.

I barely dodged the worst of it. I didn't get processed, but I was shoved into the military instead. I was... tested a lot. Trying to see how far I could push my powers and what my breaking point was.
