Normally there's a lot of work. Some of the Instructors try to ease the blows with gifts and little kindnesses, but it's still stressful most of the time.

Some already have. Clean-up duty is the usual punishment for mission failure, but once Dagger turned off cuffs for thirty seconds for his team when half of them failed.
